Register for MINE 2027
MINE 2027 offers both in-person and virtual participation options, allowing researchers, practitioners, and students from around the world to join the conference.
How to register
All participants, whether attending in person or virtually, must complete their registration through the ACT4U Events platform.
Simply select the appropriate registration category and complete your payment using either credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the necessary payment instructions and bank details will be sent to you by email upon completion of the registration process.

Useful Information
Authors with Accepted Papers
For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete the conference registration and pay the applicable registration fee.
Each registration covers one accepted paper. Additional fees apply for multiple paper registrations and for papers exceeding the prescribed page limit. Please refer to the registration fee schedule below for further details.
Please note that:
- Only papers with a completed registration will be included in the conference programme.
- Papers must be presented during the conference by one of the authors or an authorized presenter.
- Only accepted papers whose authors have opted for publication in the proceedings during submission, completed the registration, and presented their work at the conference will be eligible for inclusion in the official Conference Proceedings.
Registration Categories & Payment Date
Registration fees are available under different categories (e.g., Early Bird, Regular, and PhD Student).
The applicable registration fee is determined by the date on which the payment is received, not by the date the registration form is completed. Participants are therefore encouraged to register and complete the payment as early as possible.
Invoice
An invoice will be issued after the registration payment has been successfully processed.

Full Registration
For authors presenting a paper and participants attending the conference in person. Includes:
- Presentation of one (1) accepted paper
- Publication of one (1) paper in the Conference Proceedings (where applicable)
- Access to all conference sessions
- Welcome Kit (badge and conference materials)
- Coffee Breaks
- Lunches
- Gala Dinner
- Certificate of Participation
Please note: each registration covers one (1) accepted paper only. Authors with additional accepted papers are required to pay the Additional Paper Fee for each extra paper. Papers exceeding the page limit are subject to the applicable Over-length Page Fee.
PhD Student Registration
Available exclusively to PhD students attending MINE 2027. Includes:
- Presentation of one (1) accepted paper
- Publication of one (1) paper in the Conference Proceedings (where applicable)
- Access to all conference sessions
- Welcome Kit (badge and conference materials)
- Coffee Breaks
- Lunches
- Gala Dinner
- Certificate of Participation
Please note: a valid proof of PhD student status may be requested during registration. Each registration includes one (1) accepted paper. Additional accepted papers require payment of the Additional Paper Fee, while manuscripts exceeding the page limit are subject to the Over-length Page Fee.
Guest Registration
For participants attending the conference without presenting a paper. Includes:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Welcome Kit (badge and conference materials)
- Coffee Breaks
- Lunches
- Gala Dinner
- Certificate of Participation
Virtual Paper Registration
For authors presenting their paper remotely. Includes:
- Presentation of one (1) accepted paper in virtual mode
- Publication of one (1) paper in the Conference Proceedings (where applicable)
- Access to the virtual conference sessions
Please note: registration covers one paper only. Additional accepted papers require payment of the Additional Paper Fee, while manuscripts exceeding the page limit are subject to the Over-length Page Fee.
Additional Items
The following items can be purchased separately when applicable.
Additional Paper Fee
Required for each additional accepted paper beyond the first paper included in the registration. The Additional Paper Fee is not a conference registration fee: it is valid only for the registration of an additional accepted paper and must always be purchased together with a valid Full Registration, PhD Student Registration, or Virtual Registration. The payment of the Additional Paper Fee alone does not entitle the participant to attend the conference or to access conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, the Gala Dinner, or any other registration benefits.
Over-length Page Fee
Applicable for each page exceeding the conference page limit.
Gala Dinner Ticket
Additional ticket for one accompanying guest to attend the Gala Dinner.
Lunch Ticket
Additional ticket valid for one lunch for one accompanying guest during the conference.

Important Information
- Each Full Registration covers one accepted paper.
- Each additional paper requires payment of the Additional Paper Fee.
- Papers exceeding the page limit are subject to an Extra Page Fee.
- Only papers that are registered and presented will be included in the Conference Proceedings (where applicable).
- Registration fees are determined by the payment date, not the registration date.
Cancellations & transfers
Conference registration fees are non-refundable. However, participants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying the Conference Secretariat before the event.
MINE 2027 will take place as scheduled unless exceptional circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Conference Organizers make this impossible. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public health emergencies, governmental restrictions, or other events of force majeure.
Should the conference be cancelled, postponed, or its format be modified due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers, registration fees will not be refunded. In such cases, the Organizers reserve the right to transfer registrations to the rescheduled event or to an alternative conference format, where applicable.
Participants are solely responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation and are strongly encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including transportation disruptions caused by adverse weather conditions.
